God's Whispers: Discovering your Intuition

Reiki
First Degree Reiki
Reiki, God’s Wisdom, is an ancient healing art that is used to stimulate feelings of well-being and relaxation in oneself and others. Learn the history of Reiki and experience the nature of this prayer-filled form of healing energy. Participants are opened to receive this healing energy and will practice Reiki techniques.

Second Degree Reiki
Second Degree Reiki training enhances a practitioner’s ability to share this energy’s divine healing grace. Discover ways to integrate this healing energy into your life and prayer times. Learn to focus your intent for Reiki to stimulate healing on mental and emotional levels and to allow Reiki to flow to situations and people not physically present. Participants will learn alternative ways of sharing Reiki.

Third Degree Reiki
Learning this degree of Reiki will open you more fully to the divine healing energy and will empower you to pass Reiki on to others. This training is for those who want teach Reiki as well as for those who want to deepen their understanding of this healing energy. Discover ways to further incorporate Reiki into your healing journey. Learn the Reiki III symbols, a Reiki meditation, and five different attunements. The prerequisite is certification in First and Second Degree Reiki and the practice of Reiki for a period of at least six months.

Sharing Around the Circle: Reiki Retreat
You are invited to join other Reiki practitioners in this day of sharing. Give and receive Reiki treatments, share your Reiki experiences, and learn more about energy work. Each participant will receive a healing attunement.

Stress: Recognize, Release, Reconnect
Stress takes on many forms in our lives. Discover how to recognize the symptoms and signs of stress. Learn techniques to release stress. Begin to reconnect with a calmer, more relaxed you!

Opening and Connecting Your Energy Centers
We do not end where our physical bodies end. We are beings of spirit, energy, and light. Learn about the seven major energy centers, the chakras. Discover where the chakras are located on the body and how an imbalance in a chakra relates to our feelings of stress and imbalance. Learn and practice techniques that open, connect, and balance the chakras. Discover ways to maintain a healthy energy body through visualization, guided meditation, and simple energy techniques

Clearing and Balancing Our Energy Pathways
Energy flows along an intricate map of pathways in our bodies. The Chinese call these pathways meridians. Learn more about the 14 meridians in your body and practice techniques that encourage a balanced flow of energy throughout your body. Discover ways to maintain a healthy energy body through visualization, guided meditation, and energy techniques.

Tai Chi: Moving to Breath’s Rhythm
Tai Chi is a series of slow movements combined with deep breathing and mental focus. The practice of Tai Chi gently work muscles, reduces stress, increases flexibility, builds muscle strength, improves coordination and balance, and increases the attention span.
